·       Shipment Processing Times

·       All orders are processed within two (2) to three (3) business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered, on weekends or holidays

·       If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant setback in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

·       Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

·       Shipping charges, and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout

·       For orders going outside the continental U.S., please allow an extra two (2) to three (3) weeks, approximately fourteen (14) to twenty one (21) business days, for your package to arrive.

·       Delivery delays can and may occasionally occur. FireBomb Company is not responsible for any setbacks in regards to delivery to an orders final destination.

·       Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

·       Shipment Confirmation Emails for any and all orders will be send once the order has shipped. The email will contain the tracking number(s).

·       The tracking number will be active within twenty-four (24) hours of the order being shipped.

·       Customs, Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes

·       FireBomb Company is not responsible for any customs, duties, tarrufs, and or taxes applied to an order. Any and all fees imposed on a packing during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

·       Damages

·       FireBomb Company is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If an order is received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

·       Please save any and all packaging materials, and damaged goods before filing a claim.
