Refund policy

At Firebomb, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • With tags and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at bwhite@firebomb.com.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at bwhite@firebomb.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
